CorrectShapers was founded by Victor Alao, a fashion designer, apparel manufacturer, and creative director whose journey is rooted in craftsmanship, structure, and innovation. With nearly a decade of professional experience spanning textile design, garment construction, manufacturing systems, and digital fashion retail, Victor built CorrectShapers to address a simple but powerful gap in the market: fashion that supports the body while elevating confidence.
Victor’s path into fashion began with hands-on textile training and garment decoration, evolving into large-scale apparel production and brand leadership. His background in engineering shaped his approach to design, placing strong emphasis on structure, fit, durability, and scalable production. This blend of creativity and technical precision defines the CorrectShapers identity.
Before establishing CorrectShapers in 2019, Victor founded and led multiple fashion brands, successfully selling thousands of products through Africa’s largest e-commerce platforms. His work has been recognised for combining cultural influence, affordability, and functional design, reaching customers across Nigeria and beyond. Now operating between the UK and international markets, Victor continues to develop CorrectShapers as a modern fashion and shapewear brand built on credibility, inclusivity, and innovation.
